SHIPPING SERVICES

We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS services according to the delivery zone. Our orders are normally received within 3 to 7 business days. In case you do not receive the order within the given timeline, please write us info@urbanjacket.com 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed between Monday – Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business day. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Returns Eligibility Criteria : 

• If the order may not be received as you expected due to size issues or something got damaged while in the shipping process. We have a 30-day return & exchange policy.
• NOTE: Returns and Exchange are only applicable when your item is in Urban Jacket’s original packaging with our brand tag attached to it. Items without our brand tag and packaging will not be entertained.
• Kindly mind to look up at our size guide before placing an order. Make sure you first take your body measurements with a measuring tape and then compare with our chart for perfect fit.
• You will receive your order within 5-8 days of delivery. Custom-made orders are shipped in 10-15 days.
